Homily by Fr. Val Raymond Magbiro

In this Sunday’s Mass at Saint Michael Kalibo, Fr. Val Raymond emphasized the importance of daily receiving God’s Word, Body, and Blood. During his homily, he spoke about how immersing ourselves in the teachings of Scripture and participating in the Eucharist allows us to encounter Christ in a profound way.

Jesus, the Word made flesh, invites us to embrace Him daily through both the Eucharist and the Scriptures. By believing in His teachings and partaking in Holy Communion, we embody our faith. Fr. Raymond urged us to not only experience this divine grace but also to extend the love Christ has shown us to others, particularly those who have yet to know Him.

Make time to be with Jesus, engage with His Word, receive His Body and Blood, and share His boundless love with those around you.
