In this Sunday Mass Homily at Saint Michael Kalibo, +Bp. Romie- Jun reminded us to be still and calm like Jesus. Every time you hear the Word of God, prepare for the test. People who are prepared welcome the test. It is in the test and trials that God is able to move higher in our life.
Storms, problems, crises, and tribulations come to all people. No one is exempted, even though we remain faithful to Jesus. Look at the One Who cares for you. When problems come, never question Jesus’ love because He already proved it on the cross. When going through problems, we sometimes overestimate the power of the problem and we underestimate the greatness of God. But remember, those who put their hope in the Lord shall never be put to shame.
